Prices in USD, billed by Shopify. On Free, orders past the 100th of the month are not checked, and we email you when you reach the limit.
Questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan has every feature and unlimited rules, and checks up to 100 orders a month. Pro checks every order for $9.99 a month or $99 a year, with a 14-day free trial.
What happens after 100 orders on the free plan?
Orders over the limit are not checked until the next month starts, and we email you when you reach it. Pro has no limit.
Do I have to write rules?
No. The global filter protects you from the first order without any rule. When you want your own, start from one of the 22 templates and adjust it.
Can I try a rule before it acts?
Yes. In test mode a rule runs on every new order and you see which orders it would catch, but it takes no action and adds nothing to the score.
Does it cancel orders on its own?
Only if you tell it to. Each rule does what you choose: tag, note, email, hold, cancel or block. A held order waits for your review, and you can release it or mark it as safe.
Can it stop an order before it is placed?
Yes. Rules with the block at checkout action run in Shopify's checkout validation, with the conditions available at checkout, and stop the purchase before the order exists.
What does the fraud network share?
Nothing unless you join. Then it shares the email, phone, IP and address of orders you confirmed as fraud, as keyed hashes, never in plain text. You receive what other stores confirmed only while you share, and you can leave at any time.
How is buyer data protected?
Buyers' personal data is encrypted at rest, searches use keyed hashes, every access is logged and Shopify's GDPR requests are answered. Data is hosted in the United States.
Which languages are supported?
The admin is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese.
When will it be on the Shopify App Store?
