Questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Menu plan is free forever: your menu with allergens on your store and a QR code on each table to read it. Orders start when you activate Eats All Over, with a 30-day free trial.
How much does it cost with several restaurants?
$29 a month for each active restaurant, with everything included. You never pay more than $499 a month: from 18 restaurants you pay the maximum and any more are free.
Do you charge a commission per order?
No. Only the monthly plan. Customers pay in your Shopify checkout through your usual payment provider.
Do I need Shopify Plus?
No. It works on any Shopify plan. Bear in mind that Shopify Basic allows up to 10 locations.
Can I keep using Shopify POS?
Yes. Shopify POS orders from each location also reach the kitchen display, marked as POS.
What if the kitchen loses its connection?
The tablet keeps the orders it had, saves what you tap and sends it once it is back online. Orders that came in meanwhile appear when it reconnects.
